Vantage On The Park

Formerly known as The Park East Hotel, this 5-story, 159-room building was converted into 96 luxury apartments. The project team of Klein Development and Millennial Partners saw this adaptive reuse as an exciting opportunity to meet the needs of growing housing demand while restoring an existing building in desperate need of help. Apartments are a blend of studios, one-bedrooms, and two-bedrooms with open floor plans, large windows, exposed concrete ceilings, and in-unit laundry. First-floor and penthouse units are townhomes, offering direct exterior access. The building received an extensive façade upgrade and an additional floor. The new 6th story features a mix of penthouse apartments with private balconies, a community room, and a rooftop deck with unobstructed views of Lake Michigan to residents and their guests.
