Developer sells Rexnord’s downtown Milwaukee office for $72M

A company affiliated with Klein Development of Wauwatosa sold Rexnord Corp.’s downtown Milwaukee process-and-motion-control products headquarters for $72.2 million ahead of Rexnord spinning off the business to Regal Beloit Corp.
